The vast melting pot of Brazilian culture offers a great variety of foods, from the southern churrasco of the Gauchos to the exotic Amazonian dishes made from piranhas, snakes and crocodiles. In the south, the cuisine is dominated by traditional dishes of European and Japanese emigrants, while the Nord-east region has by fusion of African and native Indian cuisine, with a hint of European influence, created some of Brazil’s signature dishes. It is from here, that O Tempo has its origin and heritage, the dishes we serve would make our grandmother be proud.
Visit us to taste some all-time favorites from our fixed menu, and come back for occasional dishes, all made with the most care for authenticity and tradition, witch by away means that the vast majority of our dishes are gluten and lactose free.
